Hello Reader Friend!

I’m so excited to share Hope’s Highest Mountain with you and your book club!

From my mind’s first glimpse of Micah and Ingrid, I fell in love with them both. Micah’s deep sorrow over losing his wife and young daughter led him to a point none of us want to go—hardened and determined to keep anyone from getting close to him. Punishing himself through his determination to stay alone in the mountain wilderness. Yet I love the glimpse we get into his memories of his daughter, Rachel, through the way he wrote letters to her in his journal. Sort of his way to process his pain. It makes my heart melt just thinking about them!

And then came Ingrid. Tough and delicate, all in the same package—and injured too! Her pain forced him out of his self-imposed isolation. Forced him to step outside of his own pain. I think you’ll love being part of their story as it unfolds. And I hope you love the wild majesty of the Montana Rockies they travel through!

I pray you and your book club enjoy Hope’s Highest Mountain! If you’d like me to join one of your discussion sessions through video or phone, I’d be honored. Just send me a note through the Contact Page. I can’t wait to meet you!

Hugs and blessings!
